You drag either that whole folder, or just its contents, into the enbseries folder in your Skyrim root directory. Everything you've copied should then be available under the—I think—postpass shader tab in the ENB menu. I tried pi Cho enb, but for some reason, I had issues with vivid weather. I went back to Rudy. Tried obsidian weather and loved the day, but the sunsets were brutal. It's too bright, especially when going in that direction. Vivid weather just looks the best with rudy. At least to me.
